An aerospace technology firm in Florida flew me down this week to present a senior management training program based on our To-Shin Do mandala of five elements from my studies of Tibetan and Japanese spirit technologies.
This amazingly progressive CEO is determined to bring our kind of personal development material to his VPs as a way to encourage them to develop a competitive advantage as more balanced human beings.
They design and manufacture electronic devices that help keep the USA safer and more secure, and there is no room for any compromise when it comes to being at the top of their game. I’ll be back again for a few days each month throughout 2010 as we educate, coach, and implement these business-building insights from To-Shin Do technologies in their senior management teams.
