Anyone who has taken a sword kihon course is welcome to attend! Come in
and review your skills. If you wish to apply for a kihon license there is a $45 fee
for the diploma.
Thursday, 6/12: High Energy Workout - 8:15 to 9:00 pm
Come in as our guest and try out some black belt-style high evergy training.
All levels are welcome. Gloves, mouthguard and groin protection required.
